With only 14 condos in this 1905 built building, the City Lofts stands as the original condoiminium in the Pearl District. In the mid 1900’s, the Eoff Electric Company held their business head quarters here. This company is still a full-line, full-service, wholesale electrical distributor to the Industrial, MRO and Commercial market. Located on 10th and Glisan this remains one of the most unique and historical condo projects in the Pearl.
