The Gregory Lofts Condominiums, built by Carroll Aspen development group, were first occupied in 2000. Office spaces and ground floor retail spaces complement the residential lofts.
Residential Units The Gregory's 133 residential units range in size from about 1000 to 3000 square feet, helping to create a diverse population within the building. Each unit has indoor, secured parking, and most units have a separate storage locker in the parking area.
