If you’re not into the high rise buildings that the Pearl District has to offer, the Hoyt Commons may be a good fit for you. This building was originally built in 1995, and was one of the first new construction residential buildings in the Pearl. Most condominium projects at that time were old warehouse conversions, so a brand new building was a little change of pace.

With 48 units on only 4 stories, the Hoyt commons remains one of the smaller buildings in the Pearl. Units range from about 628 square feet to 1160 square feet, each having at least one secured parking space, and most units having a private deck. This building was developed by Prendergast, and built by Walsh Construction.
