The Modern Confectionery Condos was originally built in the 1900’s as Portland’s first confectionary production plant as seen in faded ink on the side of the building. The Building was converted to retail on the ground floor, parking and only 6 units above in 1999. Due to the historic building, the building has been tax abated through 2009.

Developed by Robert Ball with a high end, but industrial feel, these units, when they come on the market are a highly desirable.
