The North Park Lofts get their name from being located directly on the North Side of the Park Blocks. Located on 8th and Flanders, this 1900’s building was originally an indoor junkyard. In 1999 Developer Apas Diffusion took not only the 6 floors of unused space, but added 5 additional floors on top of that to create 67 residential units in total.
