This brick, six story building with 120 condominium units is located on the South side of Jamison Park between NW 10th and 11th. Originally built in 2000, this u-shaped building was designed to appear as three buildings having a separate lobby in each and a different appearance from the outside.

This project was developed by Hoyt Street properties and built by Walsh Construction and contains units of all sizes ranging from 600 – 2400 sqft.
