Pinnacle
The Pinnacle was originally built in 2005 with 176 condos located on the corner of NW 9th and Northrup. The tower has both a high rise tower standing 14 floors tall and also a smaller building connected with only seven stories. With townhomes, work/live spaces and traditional 1 and 2 bedrooms this building is sure to have a little something for everyone.
The SW corner of the Pinnacle sits diagonal to the newest park in the Pearl District called Tanner Springs. This is an eco friendly park which is completely self sustaining and perfect for soaking up a few rays.
