McCormick Pier
McCormick Pier Condominiums, located on Naito Parkway between 6th and 10th, sit on the west bank of the Willamette River between the Broadway and the Steel Bridge. Even though it has the same zip code as the Pearl District, it is located just across the railroad tracks along the Willamette River. The entire complex is only steps from Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Old Town and China Town.
This river living has the amenities of a resort, but located in the city. With a little over 300 condos all together, this project was originally built for apartments in 1982, but was converted into condominiums in 2002. A community within itself, the McCormick Pier Condos has cafes, markets and services, not to mention a swimming pool and sun deck, a hot tub with a river view, a basketball half-court and a fitness center. The McCormick Pier is 14 buildings in total with 18-22 condos and town homes ranging in size from 690 square feet to 1082 square feet. With a variety of different floor plans, and beautifully landscaped grounds, this is a very unique and spectacular address.
